Chuck left his position at Schenectady Chemicals (NY) to join the family business in 1967. A native of Mentor, Ohio, Chuck received his college degree from Union College, Schenectady, in 1965. Chuck remains an active community leader in Haverhill. His activities include, President of the George C. Wadleigh Foundation, Haverhill Rotary Club. He’s also the former board president of the Haverhill YMCA and former board member of the Greater Haverhill Chamber of Commerce. His professional activities include membership in the Massachusetts Insurance Agents Association (MAIA) and local CPCU chapter. He and his wife Pamela reside in Atkinson, NH.

Jim became the fifth generation of family members associated with James Page Insurance when he joined his dad, Chuck, in 2011. Prior to joining JPI Jim specialized in software focused on data security. Jim holds a Bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of New Hampshire and the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) & Certified Risk Manager (CRM) professional designations. He’s a past president of the Haverhill Rotary Club, and he serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Haverhill Chamber of Commerce, Greater Haverhill Foundation and Bethany Community Services. During his free time he enjoys outdoor activities such as skiing, mountain biking, hiking and sailing.

Megan joined our team in 2015, bringing experience in retail sales and marketing. Megan is a licensed Property and Casualty agent and has proven a to be an integral part of our team. She’s a 2011 graduate of Emerson College, Boston. Her hobbies and interests include cooking, traveling, and theater. Her hometown is Malden MA; she now lives in Haverhill.
CIC | CISR | Commercial Lines Account Manager
Dawn joined James Page in 1996. Through outstanding customer service and continuing education, she’s become a key manager. Today, her responsibilities include managing our commercial lines administration from processing new business applications to filing and servicing claims. She holds the professional designation Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) and is a member of the Massachusetts Association of Insurance Agents (MAIA) and the National Alliance of Insurance Education. A native of Byfield, Dawn lives in Amesbury. She’s been active in the community as a member of the Amesbury Relay for Life Event Leadership Team and a Team Captain. She also volunteers as Youth Group Leader at St. James Episcopal Church in Amesbury.
Kimberly joined us in 2018 and quickly took control of the accounting functions at JPI. Kimberly has her MBA with a focus in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University and has become an import part of the team. Kimberly’s organizational skills and accounting knowledge were huge assets as we migrated agency management systems in 2019. Kimberly makes her home in NH where she enjoys spending time with friends and family.
John came to JPI as a licensed insurance agent in 2019. Prior to his career in insurance, John worked in both finance and accounting. John works with commercial clients to protect their business and assets and finds enjoyment in being a part of their continued success. John’s passion’s include art, food and volunteering at his local boxing club, where he shares his experience as a five-time Central MA Golden Glove champion, training young aspiring athletes.
Emily Joined JPI in 2018 with no prior insurance experience and quickly became an important part of the team. Emily became a licensed agent in June, 2019 and is currently working toward her CISR designation. She assists in both the personal and commercial lines departments and is often the first person you meet when coming into the office. Emily loves spending time with her family and friends and dog, Boss.
Bear was welcomed into the world in September 2018. What Bear lacks in insurance knowledge he makes up with his positive attitude, friendly disposition and go get ‘em attitude. When Bear is not in the office he enjoys belly rubs, treats, walks and naps. He also enjoys these things while in the office.
